As a Software Engineering Manager specializing in AWS CloudFormation, you will oversee the Control Plane and Asynchronous Workflow Engine, driving customer-oriented features and scaling service operations. With 3+ years managing engineering teams and 7+ years working directly with engineering projects, you'll design reliable systems and foster collaborations across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead AWS CloudFormation Control Plane development
• Drive customer experience enhancement initiatives
• Design and architect reliable systems and features
• Manage multi-tier web services development
• Collaborate with product management teams
Requirements:
• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of engineering team involvement
• 3+ years designing and architecting systems
• 8+ years defining multi-tier web services
• Knowledge of full software/hardware development lifecycle
