Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Senior Measurement & Ad Operations Strategist on behalf of our premier Canadian client. In this full-time role, you will serve as the core technical expert bridging paid media execution, complex tracking infrastructure, and advanced marketing analytics. Sitting at the intersection of ad operations and measurement strategy, you will architect data-tracking environments, oversee marketing mix modeling relationships, and guide performance reporting that directly informs client media investments.

Responsibilities
Tracking & Infrastructure: Architect and maintain client-side and server-side tracking infrastructure (GTM web/server containers, dataLayers, Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, TikTok Events API). Oversee GA4 implementations, execute end-to-end tag QA, and adapt architectures for evolving privacy standards.

Reporting & Dashboards: Design and scale automated reporting processes, managing connector tools (e.g., Supermetrics, PowerMyAnalytics) and dashboards across paid media, CRM, and web analytics to deliver performance trends to leadership.

Measurement Strategy & Attribution: Establish agency-wide measurement frameworks, run multi-touch attribution models, and design incrementality tests (geo holdouts, lift studies). Serve as the main interface for external marketing mix modeling (MMM) partners and translate outputs into media budget recommendations.

CRM & First-Party Data Integration: Build and maintain first-party data connections to ad platforms (Customer Match, Custom Audiences, offline conversions), enforcing data hygiene and refresh schedules.

Data Feeds & Paid Media Operations: Manage product/data feed setups, troubleshoot platform disapprovals, set up pacing dashboards, and write rules-based automation scripts to streamline manual workflows.

Hands-on Account Management: Lead day-to-day operations and optimization for select primary paid accounts (Meta, Google Ads) as capacity demands.

Process Leadership: Identify workflow gaps, document best practices, and guide cross-functional media team members on tracking and reporting standards.

Qualifications
Core Experience: 5–8+ years of hands-on ownership across ad operations, paid media, marketing analytics, and tracking infrastructure.

Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Google Tag Manager (including server-side tagging, dataLayers, HTML/JS concepts), server-side APIs, SQL, and data visualization platforms (Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar).

Analytics & Measurement: Expert fluency in GA4. Demonstrated experience working with advanced measurement solutions (e.g., Northbeam, Triple Whale, Measured, Recast, Prescient AI, or in-house MMM tools) and executing incrementality testing models.

Channel & Platform Depth: Broad expertise across major ad environments (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit) and programmatic DSPs, alongside CRM/first-party data integrations.

Communication: Strong ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable business and media strategy for cross-functional stakeholders.

Education & Credentials: Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Advertising, Web Development, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. Relevant certifications (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a strong asset.
