Senior Business Analyst, GHR Operations

Elevate Global HR Operations with Scotiabank as a Senior Business Analyst on a 1-year contract. Lead business analysis and operational readiness for impactful projects. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support a portfolio of initiatives within Global HR Operations. Your expertise in business analysis and project delivery will be pivotal in translating needs into clear requirements, ensuring compliance, and promoting effective operations. This role requires proficiency in requirements documentation, stakeholder facilitation, and managing testing processes to drive project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end lifecycle of projects
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions and requirements gathering
- Create comprehensive business requirements documentation
- Develop and execute test cases and validate outcomes
- Manage operational readiness and training for new solutions
- Degree in relevant disciplines like Business or Operations
- Experience in business analysis and project delivery
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Business Analysis certification is an asset
