Front Desk Agent – Boutique Hotel (Old Montréal)
Join our charming boutique hotel in the heart of Old Montréal. We are looking for a warm, professional Front Desk Agent who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out
• Provide personalized service and local recommendations
• Handle reservations, calls, and guest requests
• Ensure smooth daily front desk operations
Be part of a small, passionate team in a unique, art-filled environment.
Excellent communication skills (English & French required)
• Friendly, polished, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends)
