Lead shoring operations across Greater Toronto Area infrastructure projects, applying deep foundation expertise and strong field leadership. Drive safe, efficient project delivery.This Director of Shoring role oversees a growing division serving complex construction projects. The position combines operational leadership, project management, resource planning, and financial performance. It requires experience with shoring systems, geotechnical construction, engineering drawings, and construction sequencing.Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction for shoring activities on major infrastructure projectsLead safe, efficient installations meeting specifications and quality standardsEstablish schedules, monitor budgets, and allocate project resourcesResolve operational challenges with project and field leadershipCoach Superintendents, Supervisors, and field personnelRequirements:
Significant shoring, deep foundations, geotechnical, or heavy civil experienceSenior project management, superintendent, or operational leadership experienceExperience delivering multi-million-dollar construction projectsStrong multidisciplinary team leadership and people management skillsKnowledge of shoring systems and construction methodologiesBring operational leadership, deep foundation knowledge, and project delivery expertise to complex shoring work throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
