Lead HR data governance and quality at Morgan Stanley in Montreal, using metadata management and lineage practices within a hybrid environment.This Vice-President position leads four HR Data Governance professionals within HR Data & Intelligence. You will establish trusted, transparent, and fit-for-purpose structured HR data practices across operational, analytical, regulatory, and AI-enabled use. The work spans governance frameworks, data catalogs, business glossaries, quality controls, and stakeholder partnerships.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop four HR Data Governance professionalsOwn the HR data catalog, glossary, and metadata standardsMaintain lineage documentation for priority HR data domainsDrive Workday and Beqom data quality practicesReport quality performance, risks, exceptions, and trendsRequirements:
At least six years of relevant data experienceExperience leading teams and cross-functional outcomesExperience with governance frameworks, catalogs, and lineageKnowledge of controls, monitoring, remediation, and service-level agreementsFrench and English required;
