Entry Level Sales Representative

We are seeking an energetic and personable Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone new to sales or transitioning careers who wants to build a rewarding career in the HVAC industry. No prior HVAC experience is required we provide comprehensive training!
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior sales staff with lead generation and customer outreach
Perform door-to-door canvassing and community networking in the Parkland region
Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with prospects
Help prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for customers
Support the sales team in closing deals and providing excellent customer service
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Learn HVAC products and services to confidently represent the company
What Were Looking For
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Comfortable speaking with customers in-person and over the phone
Valid drivers license
High school diploma or equivalent
Sales experience is an asset, but not required enthusiasm and a strong work ethic matter more!
