The Division
With its central office in the City of Lethbridge, Palliser is a unique public-school division serving approximately 9,000 students, ECS through Grade 12, in 50 schools, including 3 outreach programs, 2 alternative Low-German Mennonite programs, 11 alternative Faith based schools, 17 Hutterite colony schools and one on-line school. Ten of Palliser’s alternative faith-based schools are located in the City of Calgary.

The Position
The school district is looking for a full-time temporary position to assist with computer systems in our Calgary schools starting July 2, 2026 and ending August 28, 2026 (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Friday).
The Computer Technician Support Assistant will assist Palliser Computer Technicians in the following areas:
- Deploying IT resources across the division (including testing equipment, redeployment of desktop and laptop computers, setting up Chromebooks and Chromeboxes)
- Working with IT staff in inventory management
- Deprovisioning equipment
- Laptop and wireless network support
- Workstation maintenance and upgrading
PLEASE NOTE: Positions may involve traveling to schools within the Palliser School Division with one of the IT staff.
