As a Dishwasher, you are an essential part of our culinary team and play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and flow of the kitchen. Your work helps ensure our chefs and service teams can operate efficiently while delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

A day in the life

•  
  Maintain cleanliness of dishes, kitchen tools, utensils, equipment, and food preparation areas
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Support kitchen operations by restocking clean dishes and utensils throughout service
• Maintain garbage, recycling, and compost systems in accordance with Resort standards
• Keep dish and kitchen areas organized, sanitary, and hazard-free throughout the shift
• Assist the culinary team with basic prep and support tasks as needed
• Follow all FoodSafe, WHMIS, sanitation, and occupational health and safety standards

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
