Lead Ramp’s partner implementation strategy with expertise in certification, delivery quality, and ERP integrations across a scalable SI network. This senior individual contributor role shapes execution.You will translate Ramp’s SI pilot into a repeatable operating model for implementation partners supporting referred customers. Your remit includes partner readiness, technical enablement, scope boundaries, escalation governance, and customer outcomes. You will turn field learning into improvements across product, enablement, and partner strategy.Key Responsibilities:
Translate pilot learnings into repeatable SI operating mechanismsSet partner scope, certification gates, quality standards, and escalation pathsCoordinate specialist support for complex integration exceptionsRun implementation reviews, QBRs, feedback loops, and remediation plansExpand delivery across products, ERP ecosystems, and geographiesRequirements:
