Research, recommend, and develop new technologies to enhance the conference planning/meeting support process;
include reservation applications and communication technologyAssist with project management activities on capital conference space renovationsResponsible for the documentation of processes and procedures for special events and high-profile meetingsAssist in the creation of all SLA’s and KPI’s and ensure they are metAssists with budget preparation, management, and reconciliation;
review billing for accuracyWorks with internal and external clients to plan and coordinate events/meeting logisticsReview internal processes and recommend strategies to reduce cost and improve efficiencies.Education
