Elevate your legal career as an Associate General Counsel with Kroll, providing key commercial support in our B2B SaaS environment. Collaborate closely with sales teams on complex negotiations to secure vital agreements.
In your role as Associate General Counsel, you will partner with business leaders to offer legal insights that drive growth while managing potential risks. Your expertise will be crucial in structuring and negotiating a wide range of agreements, contributing to the legal soundness of the organization. You'll support different departments, ensuring compliance with privacy and cybersecurity regulations while continually organizing legal processes for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Advise leadership on legal and regulatory risks
• Enhance legal templates and contracting standards
• Manage outside counsel relationships as needed
• Collaborate on new product and partnership initiatives
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 10+ years of commercial legal experience
• Extensive negotiation experience with enterprise customers
• Strong understanding of privacy and cybersecurity laws
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
Lead legal strategies that support Kroll's vision in Toronto while mitigating risks effectively.
