Executive Director Fringe Theatre

Lead Fringe Theatre Adventures in Edmonton through organizational leadership, theatre experience, and community development expertise. Work collaboratively with the Artistic Director.The Executive Director provides leadership for a non-profit, charitable arts organization. This senior position oversees management and administration while supporting Fringe Theatre’s year-round work. The organization cultivates artists, incubates new theatrical work, promotes artistic exploration, and removes barriers to access.Key Responsibilities:
Provide organizational leadership for Fringe Theatre AdventuresOversee management and administration of the organizationCollaborate and partner with the Artistic DirectorSupport year-round cultivation and incubation of artistsHelp remove barriers to artistic accessRequirements:
Experience in theatreExperience in community developmentPassion for year-round theatrical activityInterest in supporting artists at all career stagesCommitment to artistic exploration and creative riskBring theatre and community development experience to lead Fringe Theatre Adventures alongside its Artistic Director.
