In this senior role, you will oversee the transformative portfolio for Canadian Tire’s Merchandising Platforms. Your expertise in retail merchandising systems and track record of driving complex, multi-vendor transformations will be crucial. You will lead a dynamic team, partner closely with cross-functional departments, and ensure the agility of platforms across all banners. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multi-year merchandising technology portfolio and roadmap
- Transform legacy pricing platforms for better resiliency and accuracy
- Deliver a robust Pricing & Promotions Engine enterprise-wide
- Develop AI-driven pricing capabilities with key stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate platform operational risks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology
- 10+ years in retail merchandising platforms
- Proven leadership in enterprise scale technologies
- Experience in pricing transformation and legacy modernization
- Strong understanding of AI applied to pricing
