Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate with extensive knowledge surrounding Professional Sports to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales as well as sports, with a strong ability to engage with customers and drive revenue through effective product promotion. Additionally, experience working with trading cards and sports memorabilia would be a huge bonus!
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide product information- Actively promote and sell products while demonstrating features and benefits- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience-Stocking of shelves and helping create orders when required
Requirements- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred- Proficiency in handling cash transactions- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of sports is beneficial for selling specialized products
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
