Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is seeking a Inside Sales Rep/Data Entry Specialist for a 3 to 4 month contract role in Listowel, ON. This hybrid position combines 3 days in the office with 2 days working remotely. Inside Sales Rep/Data Entry Specialist will accurately process sales orders, manage customer account databases, track inventory, and provide administrative support across accounts in Canada and the United States.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain product knowledge and actively participate in product training sessions.

- Assist with periodic administrative tasks (i.e., credits and inventory).

- Provide customers with a professional and positive experience, ensuring they have the best coverage and support of our products.

- Cold call prospective accounts to initiate new business opportunities.

- Communicate with warehouse regarding all sales order matters.

- Be responsible for the overall customer satisfaction level of assigned accounts.

- Maintain detailed notes in each customers’ database file.

- Data entry of orders.

- No specific responsibility for health and safety of others, beyond following standard defined health and safety procedures and reporting any observed workplace hazards.

Qualifications:

- Strong written/oral communication skills

- Excellent organization and time management skills

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of Visual Manufacturing and or Goldmine CRM would be an asset.

- Knowledge of knitting or crocheting would be an asset.

- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service, administrative, and/or similar experience
