Senior Program Manager Real Estate

Lead complex real estate and construction programs at CIBC in Toronto through requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and executive communication. Work in a hybrid arrangement, spending one to three days weekly onsite.As a Senior Program Manager, you will guide program managers through end-to-end delivery with minimal direction. You will apply program management principles, business consulting, analytical thinking, and project coordination to large initiatives. The work includes initiation, design, construction, testing, implementation, and closure while balancing budget, time, and risk.Key Responsibilities:
Guide program managers delivering highly complex programs end to endDefine goals, terms, resources, costs, and program plansMonitor milestones, budgets, schedules, deviations, and corrective actionsPrepare executive presentations on status, changes, and achievementsCoach teams and build relationships with stakeholders and technology partnersRequirements:
Five to ten years in program managementExperience within real estate or constructionUnderstanding of large project delivery principles and proceduresDegree or diploma in a related fieldPMP designation is an assetBring program leadership, requirements gathering, project delivery, and analytical thinking to complex CIBC initiatives in Toronto.
