We’re a small, collaborative team that has built this platform from the ground up — and we’re now entering an exciting new phase: expanding into AI-powered features and mobile experiences that elevate how communities connect and communicate.
About the Role
We’re looking for a senior software developer who’s excited to work across our core platform while helping us explore what's next.
You’ll contribute to our existing Drupal-based system while also playing a key role in prototyping and building AI-driven features and implementing solutions that work across multiple devices.

What You’ll Do
- Opportunity to prototype and implement AI-powered features
- Use AI tools to improve software workflows, testing, code-generation and system optimization
- Work on responsive design and flexible front-end solutions for cross platform deployment
- Develop and enhance features within our application platform
- Contribute to backend and/or front-end development
- Integrate our application with 3rd party applications and partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Participate in application and system architecture review
What You Bring
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in web development
- Experience with PHP, Drupal and MySQL (Drupal experience should include development)
- Experience working within MacOS as a development environments is a must
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows
Nice to Haves
- Experience with AI tools or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, AWS, Google AI, Amazon Bedrock)
- Experience with mobile-first and responsive design
- Experience building or consuming APIs
- Familiarity with AWS or cloud-based environments
