At Crossing Hurdles, we work as a referral partner. We refer candidates to Mercor that collaborates with the world’s leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Base pay range

$80.00/hr - $110.00/hr

Compensation : $80–$110/hour
Location : Remote
Duration : ~3-4 weeks (with potential extension)
Commitment : 10-40 hours/week (with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours)

Role Responsibilities

You’ll be asked to create deliverables regarding common requests in your professional domain.
You’ll be asked to review peer‑developed deliverables to improve AI research.

Requirements

Strong professional experience in your respective domain.
Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
