UNIQLO is having a Job Fair to hire Full-Time and Part-Time Store Associates for our new store opening at Tsawwassen Mills! The details for the Job Fair are as follows: 

• Friday July 17th 2026 from 10am to 5pm (no interviews between 1pm and 2pm)
• Saturday July 18th 2026 from 10am to 5pm (no interviews between 1pm and 2pm)

Location: Tsawwassen Mills 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO SCHEDULING :

1. The interview time and location will be shared to candidates by email by Thursday July 16th, 2026.  
2. Due to limited space in the waiting area, please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before the scheduled interview timeslot. 
3. Deadline to register: Wednesday July 15th, 2026 (Submissions made after this date may not be accommodated)  
4. Candidates must bring a copy of their resume to their interview.

Position Overview: 

The Store Associateis the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs and providing in-depth information about our products.

Requirements: 

• Full-timeStore Associates must be able to work more than 32 hoursper week based on business needs, average work week may comprise of up to 40 hours per week.   
• Part-time Store Associates must be able to work up to 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends. 
• Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends and Public Holidays.  
• Previous customer service experience preferred. 
• Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative. 
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Key Responsibilities:         

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision. 
• Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements. 
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
• Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed.  
• Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System. 
• Other duties as assigned.
