- Act as the first point of contact for IT support

- Coordinate the physical setup of the office environment
- Manage onboarding processes to empower new hires
- Ensure effective vendor management and supply orders
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT or workplace operations
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and related tools
- Good grasp of onboarding workflows and office dynamics
- Excellent written skills for documentation and communication
- Solution-oriented mindset and proactive engagement
