Elevate your career as a Fashion Buyer with YM Inc. in North York, ON. This full-time position focuses on vendor relationships, assortment planning, and impactful merchandise decisions. YM Inc. is seeking a skilled Fashion Buyer to enhance its dynamic team. You will be heavily involved in vendor negotiations, managing purchase orders, and analyzing financial reports to support the company’s growth. With your four-plus years of Fashion Merchandising experience, you’ll bring creativity and analytical skills to ensure success in your category. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop vendor relationships to facilitate product development
- Communicate on purchase orders and shipping details
- Create organized systems for vendor communications
- Timely process of purchase orders and revisions
- Assist in product assortment planning and financial analysis
- Post-secondary education in Fashion or relevant experience
- Minimum of 4 years in Fashion Merchandising
- Previous experience dealing with suppliers
- Knowledge of retail industry dynamics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Illustrator preferred
