Cloud Platform Devops Manager

Lead Rightsline’s AWS platform and Terraform delivery systems as a DevOps Manager in Toronto, using operational discipline to strengthen reliability.You will manage four infrastructure engineers while owning the cloud platform as a product. The work spans AWS accounts, CI/CD, Linux and Windows servers, and multi-region production. You will partner with Engineering, QA, Security and Compliance, and Support across North America and Europe.Key Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and develop senior infrastructure engineersOwn AWS accounts, networking, IAM, and service guardrailsDrive Terraform standards, reviews, and state managementRun CI/CD promotion and production approval processesEstablish ownership, documentation, and operational accountabilityRequirements:
Seven-plus years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineeringTwo-plus years managing DevOps or infrastructure teamsDeep hands-on AWS and multi-region architecture experienceWorking fluency across Linux and Windows ServerTerraform and production CI/CD ownership experienceBring AWS, Terraform, delivery pipeline, and infrastructure leadership expertise to Rightsline’s Toronto-based platform organization.
