We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our Taber team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and efficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about providing exceptional support and contributing to a positive team culture, we encourage you to apply.
What You Will Do
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of final year end package for clients
- E-filing of tax returns and other filings
- Scanning of documents and records
- Electronic filing
- Reception and switchboard coverage
- General administrative functions
What We're Looking For
This role requires someone with:
- Demonstrate strong, positive relationships with fellow Team Members and clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and experience with MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
