Senior Databricks Data Engineer

Lead Databricks data engineering at BDO with Azure and Apache Spark expertise. Work across offices, client sites, and virtually in a blended model.BDO Digital seeks an experienced Senior Data Engineer for its Technology Advisory Services practice. You will deliver scalable, secure, production-grade pipelines using Databricks, Delta Lake, Apache Spark, and Azure. The work combines technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and client engagement delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark pipelinesDevelop scalable ETL for structured and unstructured dataIntegrate cloud and on-premises sources through AzureLead client data engineering and analytics engagementsMentor team members and promote engineering best practicesRequirements:
Five years of data engineering experience minimumThree years using Databricks, Spark, and cloud platformsAdvanced Python and/or Scala programming skillsAzure Data Lake, Synapse, and DevOps experienceBachelor’s or master’s degree in a related disciplineBuild production-grade data platforms through Databricks, Azure, Spark, technical leadership, and client-focused delivery at BDO Digital.
