Consumer Growth Loyalty Manager at Affinit

Shape the future of consumer engagement with Affinit as a Staff Product Manager in our remote Canadian team. Build and drive a top-tier loyalty program that enhances customer retention. In this pivotal role, you will leverage over 8 years of Product Management experience to develop our consumer loyalty initiative from scratch. Your expertise in loyalty mechanics and engagement programs will help define our user experience, ensuring that Affinit becomes the go-to choice for payments. Collaborate across departments to deliver a compliant and appealing rewards structure while navigating ambiguity. Key Responsibilities:

Own the vision and roadmap for loyalty programs
Launch rewards and tier mechanics to drive engagement
Build user engagement loops for ongoing interaction
Manage program economics and funding outside costs
Establish measurement frameworks for loyalty effectiveness

Requirements:

8+ years in Product Management, preferably in fintech
Proven experience building loyalty or rewards programs
Strong UX instincts with a focus on design
Deep familiarity with experiment design and data analysis
Leadership experience, especially in cross-functional teams
