Schedule: Monday to Friday from 12:00pm to 8:30pm
Position Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00/hr
Workplace address: 300 Biscayne Cres. Brampton, Ontario (Moving to new Vaughan Terminal later in 2026)

- Fielding phone calls and follow-up as required
- 60% computer/phone - 40% standing or walking in the warehouse
- Process Freight/Parcel shipments
- Checking Drivers In/Out
- Appointment booking
- Replying to customer service / tracing emails
- Entering data including adding comments in the system for tracking
- Updating problem shipments on drive
- Comfortable with Google applications (email, drive, docs, etc.)
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Working with Freight & Parcel OS&D
- Previous Transport or Courier experience is preferred
- Experience with TDG would be a bonus!
- Good typing/data entry and clerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & google applications
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
- Standing bending & twisting
