Senior Director, Finance Performance Management

They are looking for a Senior Director of Finance to join their leadership team and take on a broad, highly visible mandate. This is not a traditional accounting-focused finance role. While ensuring strong financial discipline remains important, the real opportunity is to become a strategic and commercial partner to the business - helping leadership better understand performance, identify opportunities and make stronger, data-driven decisions. Reporting to the President, the Senior Director of Finance will lead the finance function while spending significant time working across the organization. Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis Partnering with operational and commercial leaders to support better decision-making Evaluating business cases, capital investments and growth opportunities Leading, developing and mentoring the finance team Acting as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership with progressive finance leadership experience and a strong understanding of a manufacturing or similarly operational business. You bring strong technical fundamentals, but your real strength is your ability to connect the numbers to the business. You are equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting into the details as you are sitting with senior leaders and helping shape a decision.
