Responsibilities

• Design food processing systems guided by engineering
• Create and maintain design drawings and documents
• Input BOMs for efficient manufacturing
• Liaise between engineering and shop teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
• Expertise in AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools
• Preferred P.Eng/EIT certification
• Previous experience in food processing design
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
