Advance your career with Donna Cona as a Technical Lead focusing on AI and Full-Stack engineering in Toronto or London. This hybrid role demands hands-on experience across the entire technology stack. We seek a skilled Technical Lead ready to dive into both front-end and back-end development. Your expertise in React, Next.js, Java, and Spring Boot will be essential to establish resilient engineering foundations. You will work hands-on with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise platforms to optimize service delivery and customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Build modern front-end user experiences with React and Next.js • Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices with Java • Create CI/CD pipelines and establish cloud infrastructure • Lead design reviews and coach fellow developers • Diagnose and resolve issues across technology stacks Requirements: • Over eight years of full-stack engineering experience • Proficiency with TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and cloud solutions • Strong quality-engineering capabilities in automated testing • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools and development • Familiarity with financial services or regulated environments Leverage your technical leadership in building sophisticated applications and delivering results in a collaborative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
