Full Time Marketing Coordinator

WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A MARKETING COORDINATOR TO JOIN THE TEAM IN KEMPTVILLE!
Welcome to Yazdani Family Dental in Kemptville (
**This is an entry level position.
Shifts: Monday -Friday 730am-330pm with 30 min unpaid break.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate advertising and communication programs.
- Gather, research, and prepare communications materials.
- Support the marketing assistant with the implementation of PR, social media & digital marketing strategies that fit Yazdani/Costello Family Dentistry brand guidelines with the goal of driving engagement and growth across all channels
- Monitor and maintain company websites, ad campaigns, emails, copywriting, and other related content.
- Responsible for assisting marketing assistant with newsletters, patient emails, and various campaigns and events
- News releases
- Marketing calendar management
- Support the creation of original content using photography, video, and engaging copy.
- Prepare appropriate files for print collateral and digital media
- Conducts research on trends in the market
- Support the Director of Marketing with any other relevant marketing tasks
- Stat analysis, tracking and summaries
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- A degree or diploma (Marketing, Communications or Business Administration preferred)
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Write content that's clear, concise, and engaging.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team setting as well as alone
- Ability to take initiative and multi-task; can work under pressure with tight deadlines and evolving priorities with multiple internal clients and brands
- Energetic, positive and results oriented
- Basic decision-making skills related to daily duties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Be able to work regular business hours at the company's offices.
- Must possess a valid G class drivers license and a reliable vehicle. Must be able to drive between all our locations.
