Lead Machine Learning Engineer for Credit Risk

Your leadership will shape the technical practices and development of engineers in the team. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive ML strategy for credit risk mitigation
- Own credit loss and profitability outcomes
- Lead the design of decision systems using ML
- Encourage practical ML advancements aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver cross-functional programs
- At least 3 years managing ML production systems
- Proven experience in applying ML to real-world challenges
- Strong strategy-setting skills
- Ability to recruit and mentor engineers
