M&A Origination Lead - Build & Source Deals

Harris' Public Safety portfolio is seeking a Manager, Business Development to build and lead our M&A origination capability. You will personally source opportunities, develop a high-performing team, and implement the systems and cadence that drive a high-velocity deal flow.

You’ll join a prolific acquirer and learn from a renowned acquisition culture. The role targets candidates with progressive experience in M&A origination, corporate development, investing, or outbound SaaS sales.
