Accounting Clerk

I am looking for an accounting clerk for a company in the construction industry.


The company is located in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts and will be moving to Blainville before 2027.


Your responsibilities will include:


- Entering and tracking supplier and subcontractor invoices, as well as accounts payable and receivable;
- Preparing monthly payment requests and payments to suppliers and subcontractors;
- Following up on withholdings, receipts, terminations, and other documents required for projects;
- Collaborate with project managers to validate information and ensure proper file tracking;
- Track change orders and communicate with clients as needed;
- Ensure data accuracy and keep accounting records up to date;
- Assist with various related accounting and administrative tasks.

Your Profile:


-3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience;
-Experience in the construction industry is a strong asset;
-Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite;
-Knowledge of project-based accounting;
-Knowledge of Maestro is an asset;
-Knowledge of the CCQ and the CNESST is an asset;
-Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated;
-Good team player who collaborates easily with various stakeholders.
