Reliability Regional Lead in Canada

Saputo is seeking an experienced professional for the Regional Lead role in Reliability and Maintenance. You will also mentor maintenance teams while developing innovative maintenance programs to enhance asset performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead reliability methodologies like RCM, RCA, and FMEA
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Conduct site performance reviews focused on reliability KPIs
• Provide support during major equipment failures and investigations
• Mentor maintenance teams and lead continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• 10+ years in maintenance, asset management, or Reliability Engineering
• Required CMRP, CRE certification or equivalent
• Lean Six Sigma training considered an asset
• Robust analytical skills and communication proficiency
