BERML is seeking a Social Media Creator & Co-ordinator to support content creation, post co-ordination, and brand consistency across social media platforms.
This is a permanent position. The role is responsible for creating visual and video content, co-ordinating social media posts, working within BERML brand guidelines, and supporting performance monitoring across platforms and tools. The successful candidate will be able to work within BERMLs brand voice: Confident, Bold & Considered. Position TypePermanent Key Responsibilities
Create branded visual content using Adobe Photoshop
Edit video content using Final Cut Pro
Co-ordinate and manage social media posts using Meta Business Suite
Ensure content aligns with BERML brand voice, templates, and brand asset guidelines
Follow internal approval processes for social media posts
Support performance monitoring and feedback gathering
Use Google Analytics and Google Merchant as part of content and platform co-ordination
Maintain consistency across brand assets, templates, and social media materials Required Skills

Meta Business Suite Candidate Requirements
Strong understanding of BERML brand consistency
Able to work within established templates, asset libraries, and guidelines
Comfortable creating content that reflects a confident, bold, and considered brand voice
Must have a valid passport
Must have a drivers license and own reliable vehicle
Proficiency in English and Spanish
