We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive informed business decisions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions using a variety of tools and technologies, with a focus on Power BI, Excel (Power Pivot), MS SQL, DAX, Python, Visual Studio, SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, ETL Pipeline, Azure, MS Power Platform, and Fabric semantic modeling. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.

The candidate should also possess excellent documentation skills and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Manage MS SQL Server databases, writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Implement ETL processes with SSIS to extract, transform, and load data.
• Develop data models for reporting and analytics.
• Create Power Apps applications, integrate with SharePoint, and design SharePoint sites and workflows.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.
• Provide end-user support and training.
• Document BI solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
• Stay updated with BI trends and best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS SQL, Python, VBA, and Data Warehouse Model Design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated and organized.
• Understanding of data science and data warehousing principles.
• Effective time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Project management skills, particularly in Agile methodologies.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI, Excel, MS SQL, Visual Studio, SSIS, SSRS, Azure Data Factory, and MS Power Platform.
• Familiarity with on-premises and cloud-based data solutions.
• Experience in ETL pipeline development.
• Track record of designing effective BI solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
