AI Agent Builder for Real Impact

Shape the future with Manos Software as an AI Agent Builder, where your work directly influences the success of various portfolio companies. This role is centered around practical applications of AI. You will be responsible for designing and deploying AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and develop into standalone products. Working closely with portfolio company teams, you'll address real challenges, making a significant impact through automation and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

Design and deploy operational AI agents
Evaluate the impact of automation on productivity
Work directly with teams to maximize value
Create new AI products tailored to market needs
Conduct beta tests for real users and iterate

Requirements:

Proven product development experience
Deep understanding of AI and machine learning
Ability to rapidly prototype concepts
Strong comfort with ambiguity
Focus on action over meticulous planning
