Senior Field Operations Manager - Buildings West

Lead construction excellence with Bird's Buildings West as a Senior Field Operations Manager. Oversee project execution, manage teams, and ensure top-tier quality across western Canada. As a Senior Field Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Operations. This role demands a blend of leadership and operational expertise, focusing on enhancing team performance, driving employee engagement, and optimizing project delivery. You will travel to multiple project sites, ensuring adherence to safety, profitability, and quality standards throughout the construction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new talent
- Manage project teams and oversee construction site operations
- Conduct performance evaluations and employee development
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and project updates
- Drive safety program compliance and site inspections
- 15+ years in construction management roles
- Proven leadership experience with major projects over $100 million
- Strong understanding of quality management principles
- Excellent interpersonal and mentorship skills
- Technical proficiency in project planning and execution
