Some of the LPN hours would include wound care, IM injections, Insulin and other standard nursing tasks.Reviews the care plans arranged by the case manager (Care Designer) prior to beginning a visit, completing records accurately and carrying out all assignments as requested such as insulin administration, catheter insertion and removal, medication administration (IM/Sub-Cut), wound care, etc.Responds to Leadership Team regarding scheduling inquiries and updates within the agreed upon timelineEngages in open communication with your Care Designer when opportunities to elevate your client’s experience and care are identifiedDelivers comprehensive professional nursing care consistent with the care plan, nursing assessments and client needs.RequirementsPracticing and active registration with BCCNMFeel comfortable going into peoples homes to provide 1:1 careCurrent TB Screen and Criminal Record CheckMust be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this positionValid driver’s license is requiredNurse Next Door is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
