Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and lead the estimating team towards success
• Control all aspects of the estimating process and standards
• Review major bids and conceptual budgets for approval
• Maintain industry relationships and manage preconstruction budgets

Requirements:
• 10+ years in electrical estimating role
• 5+ years in a senior position
• Demonstrated ability with complex bids and design-assist
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Experience with MS Projects and budgeting processes
