Senior Credit Modeling & Strategy Lead (Hybrid)

Flexiti is seeking a Senior Manager, Credit Modeling & Strategy to develop, maintain and enhance credit modeling and strategy for our Buy Now, Pay Later business, focusing on Account Management activities. This role requires in-depth analytics, modeling and strategic credit work.
You will lead data analysis, build models using techniques like logistic regression, GLM and gradient boosting, and ensure governance, dashboards and OSFI compliance across the organization.
