This person is responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development initiatives, for all lines of business in coordination with the Executive Management Team (EMT) and line of business leaders (Sales Leaders).**Responsibilities:*** Develop annual business plan and revenue budget:+ Organic growth+ New business+ Retention+ New opportunities* Develop annual business plan with sales leaders across all lines of business that, when executed, will meet targets, and maximize every opportunity, for all lines of business* Monitors revenue line of P&L statements and takes appropriate corrective action when necessary to ensure targets are met* Book of business reviews and recommendations for maximizing profitability+ Book transfers and trade rights* Establish, review and amend as required incentive and sales plans* Establish, review and amend as required producer compensation structure* Establish and maintain market relationships in conjunction with CMO+ High-level for organizational presence+ Day-to-day to leverage new opportunities* Open doors of opportunity, rainmaking, promote sales talent and introduce to prospects* Lead Critical Path meetings in conjunction with CMO* Participate actively in both the business and industry communities to build a network of contacts that improve the presence and reputation of the organization* Report all relevant information for SHARP and communicate SHARP related information to the field* Manage Pipeline and provide forecasting insights* Participate as required and expected with all HUB Corporate initiatives, meetings, conferences, etc.**Talent Management:*** Producer relations (respecting direct reporting lines)+ Coaching+ Performance management+ Creation and execution of Producer Plans+ Receivables+ Recognition+ Engagement* Identify business gaps / needs for production talent* Select and develop new producers* Identify top talent and explore future career path**Skills, Characteristics & Qualifications*** Highest level expertise in professional sales* Deep understanding of the sales processes for all lines of business* Passion for business and sales* Ability to plan and manage at the strategic level* Ability to work collaboratively with direct reports and colleagues to create a results driven and team oriented environment* Ability to support and motivate sales professionals* Strong communication skills (verbal & written)* Excellent interpersonal skills with a variety of individuals (internal and external)* Industry designation preferred (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM)* Minimum 5 years insurance brokerage experience in a sales role* Minimum 5 years experience managing talent* Applicable licensing for P&C and/or Life Insurance* Commitment to continued learning & development* + Leadership & management+ Sales+ Client experience*The expected salary range for this position is $190,000 to $250,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
