Job Posting: Household Manager & Nanny (Part-Time) Location: Hamilton, Ontario Start Date: September 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM/7:00 PM About Us We are an active, fun, and fast-paced family with two kids (7 and 5) who love sports and extracurriculars. Between gymnastics, Jiu Jitsu, and school, our schedule is packed! We’re looking for a reliable, proactive helper to team up with us and keep our household running smoothly. The Vibe This isn’t just a basic babysitting gig—we’re looking for a true partner. If you’re the type of person who loves organizing, can see what needs to be done before being asked, and enjoys a mix of hanging with great kids and tackling "mom errands," you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Be Doing: Kid Logistics: Driving the kids to after-school activities, making healthy snacks, and keeping them organized and ready for action. Household Triage: Keeping play areas tidy, rotating seasonal clothes/gear, and managing grocery pickups or quick returns. Proactive Helping: Spotting things that need doing (like restocking supplies or sorting out the craft drawer) and just handling it. What We’re Looking For: A Natural Organizer: You genuinely love creating order out of chaos. Proactive Energy: You don't need a step-by-step checklist; you see a need and jump in. Safe & Reliable: You have a clean driving record and a safe vehicle to transport the kids. Experience: A background in nanny work, household management, or even camp/coaching leadership is a huge plus. The Essentials: Valid driver’s license and clean record. First Aid/CPR certified (or willing to get it). Must pass a standard background check and have great references.
