Rehabilitation Service Specialist at Lifemark

Join Lifemark as a Rehabilitation Service Specialist, where you'll make a difference for veterans and their families from the comfort of your home in Atlantic Canada. This permanent, full-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive rehabilitation services. You'll assess participants, create individualized rehabilitation plans, and work closely with various health professionals to facilitate optimal wellness. Your expertise in psychology or rehabilitation will play a critical role in supporting Canadian Armed Forces veterans during their transition. Key Responsibilities:

Determine rehabilitation assessments to clarify needs
Develop personalized, goal-oriented rehabilitation plans
Collaborate with medical and vocational professionals
Empower participants with community-based resource options
Identify and mitigate barriers to achieving wellness

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related fields
Health professional designation (e.g., Social Worker, Kinesiologist)
Experience with psycho-social or vocational assessments
Interdisciplinary teamwork experience
Federal security clearance – Reliability Status
