Account Executive - Canada

Why We Have This Role

This team is a group of highly driven individuals dedicated to closing experience gaps. Our SaaS platform is used to help some of the largest organizations in the world drive action with pre-built experience management (XM) programs and projects that anyone can use. As a sales manager in our Canadian region, you will manage a team of skilled and experienced sellers - helping them grow a book of business and close deals. As a team, we are dedicated to results, excellence in the craft of sales, and cultivating a servant leadership / no ego culture. Ideally this person is based in Ottawa and will own Government accounts.

Things You’ll Do

• Quarterback strategic enterprise deals with Fortune 100/500 companies and Government accounts in your territory. 


• Consistently hit and achieve quarterly/annual quotas. 


• Cultivate professional relationships with existing clients and prospects throughout at all levels of an organization.


• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Qualtrics' solution offerings.


• Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to build win-based proposals and pricing.


• Develop and maintain positive relationships with other functional areas internally at Qualtrics, e.g., Professional Services, Implementation, Subject Matter Experts, etc, to ensure a collaborative approach to secure large enterprise engagements

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

• You earned a Bachelor's degree


• You have experience navigating Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting applications


• You have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas


• You love closing complex, consultative deals


• You are able to travel when necessary


• You have 5-7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS (senior levels)

For full-time positions , this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.  Please note that Qualtrics is seeking qualified candidates to join our team, despite this role not being vacant at the moment.

$85,000—$131,000 USD
