Key Responsibilities:
• Define a multi-year FX Engineering strategy and architecture

• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of FX trading platforms
• Drive engineering excellence through Agile and DevSecOps practices
• Represent FX Engineering in executive and transformation forums
Requirements:
• 15+ years in Capital Markets technology
• 10+ years of global engineering leadership
• Deep expertise in FX products and workflows
• Experience with Murex front-to-back platforms
• Strong business and communication acumen
