Sales Manager for SaaS Team

Lead a dynamic sales team with Xello as a Sales Manager in a remote role across Canada or the U.S. Inspire and coach education sales consultants to meet ambitious revenue targets. Xello is seeking a proven Sales Manager who thrives on achieving results through strong leadership and hands-on coaching. This remote position requires a collaborative leader with at least three years of sales management experience, ideally in SaaS. Your role will focus on establishing clear expectations, conducting individual coaching sessions, and developing purposeful sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor education sales consultants in revenue achievement
- Establish performance expectations for preparation and professionalism
- Develop effective territory strategies and high-impact activities
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions and sales call reviews
- Reinforce disciplined CRM and forecasting practices using tools
- 3+ years managing a sales team, preferably in SaaS
- Proven ability to drive results through effective coaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- A great attitude alongside persistent work ethic
