Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of *Nursery & Finishing Barn Manager* located near the community of *Deloraine, MB.*

Your days will include:

• Manage overall barn and yard site
• Manage staff, delegate duties, perform coaching plans
• Meet production targets
• Organize and maintain gilt selections
• Carry out feeding and vaccination programs
• Monitor proper animal handling
• Perform minor maintenance tasks
• Perform general on farm duties
• Maintain livestock performance records
• Respond to after-hours alarm calls
• Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you possess:

• Valid Class 5 Drivers License & reliable means of transportation
• Self-motivated, well organized and reliable
• Strong communication skills
• Good work ethic
• A team player, work well with others
• Availability to work rotating weekend shifts
• An experienced Swine Technician (2 years minimum)
