Truss Production Coordinator

Job Responsibility:

Dick's Lumber in Crossfield is looking for someone with strong analytical thinking skills, who is organized, detail oriented, and has excellent planning and problem-solving skills to the team as a Truss Production Coordinator.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Create and receive value-add entries for production orders to maintain accurate inventory BC and Alberta

· Issue manual and inventory PO's.

· Assist Accounts Payable with vendor accounts.

· Execute warehouse transfers and stock adjustments as needed.

· Assembly or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.

· Confer with department supervisors or others to assess progress and discuss needed changes.

· New hire/ termination paperwork

· Assist with timesheet record management through Kronos

· Performs other job-related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Strong analytical thinking skills

· Excellent planning abilities

· Good problem-solving skills

· Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
